Who can apply to the G.I.R.L. Ambassador Program?
Authentic creators and community leaders who align with clean beauty, skinimalism, inclusive apparel, and body positivity can start a conversation. Our community focus is 16–28, but legal eligibility for any equity-related arrangement is determined separately; minors are not assumed eligible for equity, and applicable law and definitive agreements always apply.
What does sweat equity mean here?
Sweat equity means that qualifying partners may be considered for a case-by-case equity grant in recognition of agreed contributions to G.I.R.L. It is not guaranteed, is not a promise of payment, and no grant exists without company approval and definitive legal agreements.
How does vesting work?
Potential equity grants are expected to use a four-year vesting schedule with a one-year cliff, subject to the terms of the definitive agreement. Exact eligibility, grant terms, and vesting conditions are confirmed only in those signed agreements.
Does G.I.R.L. require filters or retouching?
No. G.I.R.L. is built around real skin, real bodies, and radical authenticity. Partnership conversations should respect content that does not retouch away skin texture or change the shape of someone’s body.
